NFL Draft Round 3
Alabama players had two more players selected in the NFL Draft today, both by the Carolina Panthers in the sixth round:
- 193. Deonte Brown
- 222. Thomas Fletcher
After the draft, Dylan Moses (Jacksonville Jaguars), Miller Forristall (Tennessee Titans), and Carl Tucker (Miami Dolphins) signed undrafted free agent contracts. Moses, who is recovering from another medical procedure, will be placed on the Non-Football Injury list.
Additionally, former Alabama players who transferred to other schools that signed as undrafted free agents included B.J. Emmons (Seattle Seahawks) and T.J. Simmons (Tampa Bay Buccaneers).

Levi Randolph hit a floater with 1 second left to give the New Zealand Breakers an 86-84 win over the Perth Wildcats today. Randolph finished the game with 19 points and 4 assists.
Collin Sexton scored 25 for Cleveland tonight, marking his 14th consecutive game of scoring 20 or more points.
Jasmine Walker was part of the Los Angeles Sparks’ media availability today at training camp. Walker’s interview stats at the 9:05 mark.
The Carolina Panthers shared head coach Matt Rhule’s call with Thomas Fletcher telling him that he had been drafted.
Some minor league baseball roster news. Jake Walters will begin the season with High-A Beloit Snappers, and Brett Auerbach opens the season with Low-A San Jose Giants. The Oakland Athletics have not made official roster announcements yet, but individual teams in the organization have released “projected rosters.” Those rosters have Mikey White assigned to AAA Las Vegas Aviators, and Cobie Vance assigned to High-A Lansing Lugnuts.
