Daily Recap – December 12, 2020

News

The Los Angeles Dodgers announced a batch of minor league signings late last night, include Jimmy Nelson. Nelson was in the Dodger organization last season, but didn’t appear in a game due to back surgery in July. The Dodgers declined his 2021 $2 million option after the end of the season.

Levi Randolph appeared on the Canton Charge’s Charge Chat with Charge broadcaster Scott Zurilla. Randolph talks about staying in shape during quarantine, competing with Team USA in the AmeriCup Qualifiers, and playing for a roster spot in Cavaliers’ training camp.

Ryan Anderson was placed on Injured Reserve today, likely ending his season. He missed the last three games with a knee injury. Earlier this week, he was able to return to practice on a limited basis, but didn’t practice at all on Friday.
