News broke around mid-day that the Atlanta Falcons and Tennessee Titans were finalizing a deal that would send Julio Jones to the Titans in exchange for future draft picks. Tennessee will trade its 2022 2nd pound pick and a 2023 4th round pick to Atlanta in exchange for Jones and a 6th round pick in 2023. Tennessee will still have to restructure Jones’ contract to move more of his cap hit to 2022. Both sides confirmed the deal with social media posts as the afternoon went on.
