Emma Talley shot a career-low 63 in the final round of the VOA Classic today to finish T-4th, her best finish in three years. Talley’s final round included 5 birdies in the final 6 holes. Talley’s T-4th finish is her 5th career Top 5 finish (most ever for an Alabama women’s golfer), and her 6th career Top 10. It’s her best finish since a T-3rd at the 2018 Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic, which was 3 years ago this week.
Kirani James won the Men’s 400m at the Stockholm Diamond League meet in a season-best time of 44.63 seconds. The stacked field had five sprinters come in under 45 seconds.
