The NFL announced today that Calvin Ridley has been suspended indefinitely as a result of gambling on NFL games. Ridley is eligible to petition for reinstatement on or after Feb. 15, 2023. Per reports, Ridley placed three parlay bets (3-team, 5-team, and 8-team parlays), and bet on the Falcons to win. All of the bets were placed between November 23-28, while Ridley was away from the team on the non-football injury list. Ridley’s bets were placed through the Hard Rock Sportsbook app while Ridley was in Florida. The activity was flagged and reported to Genius Sports, the firm that handles sports betting data and info for the NFL. Genius Sports then reported the activity to the NFL.
Stadium’s Jeff Goodman is reporting that Mo Williams will soon be announced as the new head basketball coach at Jackson State University. Williams, a Jackson native, is finishing his second year at Alabama State University. Both schools are in the Southwestern Athletic Conference.

Greyson Clothiers officially announced the addition of Justin Thomas as a brand ambassador today. Thomas has been wearing Greyson apparel since last summer, though no sponsorship had officially been announced until today. A longer version of the video below can be found on YouTube.
