Annika Zeyen is a repeat gold medalist at the UCI Paracycling World Cup in Elzach, Germany. Zeyen won the handbike road race yesterday after picking up a silver in the time trials on Thursday. She completed the medal sweep with a bronze medal in the team relay trials today.
Laurie Williams and Jude Hamer and the Loughborough Lightning won the British Wheelchair Basketball Women’s Premier League championship with a 73-64 win over the East London Phoenix. Loughborough was undefeated throughout the regular season and playoffs.
Justin Thomas (T-5th) and Davis Riley (T-9th) held on for Top 10 finishes at the AT&T Byron Nelson, It marked the 7th and 5th Top 10 finishes this season for Thomas and Riley, respectively.
