Derrick Henry and Patrick Surtain II have been nominated for the 2022 Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award. The award is presented each year to an NFL player who best demonstrates the qualities of on-field sportsmanship, including fair play, respect for the game and opponents, and integrity in competition.
Justin Thomas ranked 4th in the PGA Tour’s Player Impact Program, which earns him a bonus of $7.5 million. The PIP program, which rewards players who, in the PGA Tour’s eyes, generate positive interest in the tour, measures players’ reach in five categories, which include television appearances, social media reach, search engine data, media mentions, and Q score.
Jameson Williams met with reporters in Detroit today (see below), and talked about how he felt about finally returning to the practice field 10.5 months after his knee injury.
