The New York Jets have drawn out the process of giving Quinnen Williams an extension, and Williams finally addressed it at his end-of-season media session today. Williams said that he’ll sit out OTAs in the spring if he doesn’t have a new deal by the start of optional workouts in April.
Tua Tagovailoa was given the Don Shula Leadership Award as part of the Miami Dolphins’ team awards today. The leadership award is voted on by the players and given to the teammate who best exhibits leadership on and off the field.
Josh Jacobs was honored with the Craig Long Award, which is given annually by the Raiders media to the player who best exemplifies professionalism and collaboration with the media at large.
