Krystal Rivers has signed an extension with Allianz MTV Stuttgart through the 2023-24 season. Rivers has been with Stuttgart since the 2018-19 season. Stuttgart has won two Volley Bundesliga championships and a DVV Cup during Rivers’ tenure.

Panama defeated Paraguay 1-0 in a Women’s World Cup qualifier to advance to the Women’s World Cup for the first time in history. Riley Tanner played the full match for the Panama side.

Olivia Fotopoulou shaved another .01 second off her personal best and Cypriot national indoor record in the Women’s 60 Meter at the World Indoor Gold Tour stop in Madrid today. Fotopoulou finished 4th with a time of 7.26 seconds. It’s the 3rd time this month that she’s posted a personal best and lowered the national record in the event.

Collin Sexton’s lingering hamstring injury has resurfaced, and he’ll be out of Utah’s first post-All Star Break game tomorrow night.
