Jasmine Walker, waived on Monday by the Connecticut Sun, was signed today by the Seattle Storm. Walker spent the first two seasons of her WNBA career with the Los Angeles Sparks, and was traded to Connecticut earlier in the offseason.
Charlie Nikitas finished T-28th at the first USA East qualifier for PGA Tour Canada, which earned him conditional status on the tour. He’s not guaranteed any starts, but will be ranked on the priority list in order of Q-School finish.
Chase Lee is highlighted as one of the Texas Rangers’ dark-horse prospects that have the best chances to make the big league club.
