The Washington Commanders and Daron Payne have reportedly agreed to terms on a new 4-year, $90 million contract which includes $65 million in guaranteed money. The Commanders placed a franchise tag on Payne a couple of weeks ago, but made it known that they’d like to work out a long-term deal with Payne. The contract makes Payne the second-highest paid defensive tackle in the league, behind only Aaron Donald.
