Henry Ruggs’ vehicular homicide case is finally towards a resolution. Ruggs has agreed to waive his right to a preliminary hearing, and will plead guilty to one count of DUI resulting in death and one count of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. Ruggs will formally enter the plea on May 10, and will then be sentenced to 3-10 years in Nevada state prison. The case stems from a November 2, 2021 wreck caused by Rugg that resulted in the death of Tina Tintor. Ruggs’ preliminary hearing had been postponed six times since his initial arraignment.
