Rashaan Evans will reportedly be signed to the practice squad of the Dallas Cowboys, pending a physical. Evans, a free agent throughout the preseason, spent a week on the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad earlier this year, but was released at his request to pursue other opportunities.
