Erin Routliffe and Gabriela Dabrowski picked up their second doubles title as a pair today in Zhengzhou, China with a straight-set win. The duo won the US Open last month in their fourth-ever tournament together. Routliffe now has 20 career doubles titles, and her 5th at the WTA or Grand Slam level.

Stephanie Meadow finished 66-65 in her last two rounds at the LPGA tournament in Shanghai, China to finish T-8th. It’s her second Top 10 finish in the 2024 season.

On the strength of Krystal Rivers’ 31 points (28 of which were on kills), Stuttgart defeated Schwerin 3-1 in the Palmberg Supercup. The Supercup matched the defending 2022-23 Bundesliga champions (Stuttgart) against the defending DVV Pokal Cup winners (Schwerin).

With 77 yards rushing today, Josh Jacobs became the 4th Alabama running to surpass 5,000 rushing yards in the NFL. Jacobs, now with 5,052 yards, joins Shaun Alexander, Derrick Henry, and Mark Ingram in that elite club.

Damien Harris left tonight’s game with a neck injury, and was transported to a local Buffalo hospital. Bills’ PR reported that Harris had movement in his arms and leds.
