News

Alexey Nesterov won his second career ITF Futures doubles title in Tunisia today, with a 3-set win. Nesterov’s first title came 7 weeks ago, also in Tunisia with Aleksandr Lobanov as his partner.

Rashaan Evans has been signed to the 53-man roster by the Dallas Cowboys. Dallas had exhausted its allotment of 3 practice squad elevations on Evans the last 3 weeks, and Evans was drawing interest from other teams. Evans fills a need after Dallas lost starting linebacker Leighton Vander Esch for the season.

Brandon Miller scored a season/career high 29 points for Charlotte tonight. Miller was 10-for-15 from the floor.

The Washington Commanders will be using the third and final available practice squad elevation on Derrick Gore for tomorrow’s game.

Cincinnati Bengals fans get re-acquainted with AJ McCarron, who is now the heir apparent back-up quarterback.
