Alabama Pro Athlete of the Week – Jaylen Waddle (December 18, 2023)

Your Alabama Pro Athlete of the Week is Jaylen Waddle. With Tyreek Hill sidelined, Waddle responded with an 8 catch, 142 yard day in Miami’s 30-0 win over the New York Jets. Waddle capped his performance with a 60 yard touchdown reception.

Others of note:

Amari Cooper had 4 catches for 109 yards, and scored a game-tying fourth quarter touchdown in Cleveland’s win.

Tua Tagovailoa was 21-for-24 with a passer rating of 119.4 in Miami’s win.

Jahmyr Gibbs had 100 yards rushing on 11 carries, and had both rushing and receiving touchdowns.
