Kareem Jackson, waived by the Denver Broncos yesterday after his roster exemption expired, was claimed by the Houston Texans prior to this afternoon’s waiver claim deadline. Jackson returns to the team that drafted him in 2010, and he re-unites with former teammate and Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans.
