One day after a life-changing victory at The American Express, Nick Dunlap announced that he is withdrawing from the Farmers Insurance Open. Dunlap previously had a sponsor’s exemption for this week’s event, which was upgraded to a past-winner exemption yesterday, but he’s returning home for the time being. On another note, Dunlap vaulted from 4,129th to 68th in this week’s Official World Golf Rankings, which is the biggest jump in the history of the rankings.
