News

Michael Kessens won a European-wide league championship for the 2nd straight year. Last year, he was a member of the Telekom Baskets Bonn (Germany) team that won the Champions League. This year, he’s a member of the Paris team that won the EuroCup title with a 2-game finals sweep of Bourg-en-Bresse. Kessens was one of the first players brought over from Bonn to Paris after Paris hired Bonn’s coach last summer, and has served as a team captain this season despite playing limited minutes.

Haylie McCleney has once again been named to the US Women’s National Team for the WBSC World Cup this summer.

Former Alabama players and Saban staffers Josh Chapman, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, and Denzel Devall played pivotal roles in the transition to the DeBoer administration.

Roman Harper and Peanut Tillman are launching a new podcast named Second Acts, which will focus on life after football. Harper shares with The Athletic how tough the first year out of football was.
