Maruschka Waldus is returning to the Netherlands for professional soccer. Waldus signed a one-year contract with Feyenoord Rotterdam of the Azerion Vwouwen Eredivisie for the 2024-25 season. Waldus has previously played with FC Twente and PSV Eindhoven in the league, and most recently played with Adelaide United in Australia.
John Metchie is drawing on his cancer fight to give him motivation as he battles for a roster spot.
