Tua Tagovailoa was named a team captain for the Miami Dolphins again this season.
Taulia Tagovailoa, activated from the practice squad a couple of weeks ago by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats to serve as a third-string quarterback, finally saw game action today, and scored on a quarterback keeper on his first professional snap.
Janie Jackson is coming out of retirement to play on a sponsor’s exemption at this week’s Guardian Championship in Prattville, Alabama. Jackson, who won the event in 2021, last played a professional event in March 2022.
In the absence of the retired Jason Kelce, Jalen Hurts will be making offensive line protection calls this season.
