T.J. McCants hit a walk-off double in the bottom of the 11th inning to earn Kannapolis a spot in the Carolina League championship series with a 2-1 win. The deciding Game 3 of the division series was 0-0 going into the 11th, and was 1-1 when McCants stepped up to the plate to deliver the winning hit.
Jameson Williams is being embraced by his adopted community of Detroit, much that the community in which he was raised.
