Will Anderson had what coach DeMeco Ryans described as “his best game by far” today, tallying 8 tackles, 4 of which were tackles for loss. Anderson had a career-high 3 sacks, and also contributed a tipped pass that resulted in an interception in Houston’s win over New England.

Brian Branch intercepted two passes and forced a fumble to lead Detroit to a big road win over Dallas. Branch now has 9 passes defended and 3 interceptions in just 4 games this season.

Derrick Henry posted his 3rd 100-yard day of the season in a 132-yard, 2 touchdown performace in Baltimore’s win over Washington. Henry leads the NFL in rushing with 704 yards on the season.

Najee Harris reached 100 yards on the ground for the first time this season. Harris ran for 106 yards on 14 carries, including a highlight-reel 45 yard touchdown run.

Josh Jacobs surpassed 6,000 rushing yards today, becoming just the 4th Alabama running back to reach the milestone in the NFL. Others are Derrick Henry, Shaun Alexander, and Mark Ingram.

It was a tough day on the injury front. Jonathan Allen left his game with a pectoral injury that will probably result in several missed games. Patrick Surtain II suffered a concussion on Denver’s first defensive play from scrimmage. Henry To’oTo’o (concussion) and Ryan Kelly (calf) also left games with injuries and didn’t return.

Lee Hodges finished T-8th at the Black Desert Championship, marking his best finish (and first Top 10 finish) since winnings the 2023 3M Open in July 2023.
