The NBA 2024-25 season launched today with 7 former Alabama players on opening day rosters. Representing Alabama are Noah Clowney (Brooklyn), J.D. Davison (Boston; 2-way contract), Keon Ellis (Sacramento), Herb Jones (New Orleans), Brandon Miller (Charlotte), Alex Reese (Oklahoma City), and Collin Sexton (Utah).
Barrett Jones has been selected to represent The University of Alabama as part of the Southeastern Conference Football Legends Class of 2024. The festivities occur in Atlanta as part of SEC Championship weekend in Atlanta.
Jereem Richards has signed to participate in the upcoming Grand Slam Track League.
Derrick Henry continues to show that he was the missing piece to the Baltimore offense.
Saketh Myneni returned to competition today after a six-month absence. Myneni and partner Ramkumar Ramanathan lost in straight sets in the opening round of the the ATP Challenger tournament in Taipei.
