The Detroit Tigers added Chase Lee to the team’s 40-man roster today, which was the deadline to protect Rule 5 eligible players in advance of next month’s Rule 5 draft. Lee, originally drafted in 2021 by the Texas Rangers, would have been eligible for the draft.
