Patrick Surtain II has been named the AFC Defensive Player of the Month for November. For the whole month, Surtain was only targeted 17 times in 140 coverage snaps, and only ceded 9 receptions for 55 yards.
Herb Jones returned to the New Orleans lineup tonight. He’s been sidelined with a shoulder injury since an in-game injury on October 29, which was the Pelicans’ 4th game of the season.
