Vinnie Sunseri is set to be named co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach at Florida. Sunseri just recently accepted the role as defensive coordinator at Jacksonville State.
The Detroit Lions will reportedly promote Shaun Dion Hamilton to assistant linebackers coach. Hamilton has been on the Lions’ staff in support roles since retiring from the NFL in 2022.
Daron Payne has been downgraded to out for tomorrow’s NFC Championship Game. Payne has previously only missed one game in his career, which came in the 2019 season.
