The Boston Celtics are reportedly converting J.D. Davison on to a standard, two-year NBA contract. Davison has been on two-way contracts for the past three seasons, and having exhausted eligibility for two-way contracts, was set to be a free agent at the end of the season. Davison will now be eligible for post-season, and will be a part of the Celtics organization beyond this season.
Nick Dunlap is being widely lauded for both his second-round rebound at the Masters and his openness with the media, but he says that the problems off the tee haven’t magically gone away.
Patrick Kaukovalta and doubles partner Eero Vasa, seeded third at the ITF tournament in Antalya, Turkey, completed their march through the draw by dispatching of the top seeds in straight sets in today’s finals. Kaukovalta has now won 5 career futures doubles titles (2 in 2025), and all are with Vasa as his partner.
Michaela Morard, who started her collegiate golf career at Alabama before transferring to Southern California, picked up her first professional win today at the developmental Women’s All Pro Tour event in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
