Tony Mitchell and Al Muharraq won a fifth and deciding game over Al Ahli BH in the Bahrain Zain Basketball League Championship, 80-76. The team swept both the league championship (its first since 2018-19) and the Khalifah Cup.

Olivia Fotopoulou won two gold medals today in the closing day of the Games of the Small States of Europe. Fotopoulou breezed to a win in the Women’s 200 Meter, then anchored Cyprus’ 4×100 Meter Relay win. She also won a gold medal in the Women’s 100 Meter earlier in the week.
