Davis Riley literally was a last-minute addition to the field for the Travelers Championship, a limited-field signature event. Riley, who started the week as second alternate and moved up to first alternate yesterday, gained entry when Brian Campbell withdrew less than an hour before his tee time. Riley was available, and had an 8:00 tee time (and was ironically paired with Bud Cauley). Riley birdied the first three holes, and would eventually finish at -4, and in the Top 10.
A couple of players achieved career firsts today. Dylan Smith, recalled to be the extra pitcher for Detroit’s doubleheader today, recorded his first major-league strikeout. Hunter Hoopes recorded his first professional save when he recorded the last out in Cedar Rapids’ win.

Media Appearances
The Las Vegas Aces released the full Aaliyah Nye feature from its All In miniseries.
