The Charlotte Hornets have acquired Collin Sexton from the Utah Jazz in exchange for Jusuf Nurkić. Charlotte also receives and 2030 second-round pick as part of the transaction. Sexton has one season remaining on the 4-year, $70,950,000 deeal that he signed with Utal prior to the 2022-23 season. He’ll join fellow Alabama Basketball alum Brandon Miller in Charlotte.
Both Keon Ellis and J.D. Davison had their team options picked up by their respective teams for the 2025-26 season. Davison’s 2025-26 salary is non-guaranteed.
Aaliyah Nye scored a season-high 16 points in 20 minutes of playing time in Las Vegas’ win over Phoenix this evening.
