Jeremy Gschwendtner picked up his first professional title today at the ITF event in Targu Jiu, Romania. Gschwendtner and partner Alessandro Spadola won the doubles title in three sets.
Connor Prielipp is one step closer to the major leagues. Prielipp was promoted to the St. Paul Saints today after pitching 61.2 innings in Double-A this season. The Minnesota Twins organization has kept Prielipp on a pitch count all season, though he has thrown 72 pitches and 79 pitches in his last two starts.
Vanoli Cremona announced today that Trevor Lacey would not be returning to the team for the 2025-26 season. Lacey spent three seasons with Vanoli, and was instrumental in the team earning promotion to Lega Endesa after the 2023-24 season. Lacey served as team captain this past season, but had a diminished on-court role as the season progressed.
