Running from the inside lane, Jereem Richards ran a personal-best 43.72 seconds in the finals of the Men’s 400 Meter to take the silver medal at the World Athletic Championships. Richards’ time also improved upon his Trinidad & Tobago national record. Richards now has 3 individual medals (400 meter gold at 2022 World Indoor Championships, 200 meter silver at 2017 World Championships, 400 meter bronze today) and 1 relay medal (4×400 meter gold at 2017 World Championshps) at global meets.
