Andrew Pinckney was recognized by the Washington Nationals with its 2025 Nationals Way Award. The award is given annually to the minor league player who best demonstrates professionalism, leadership, loyalty, passion, and hard work. Pinckney had already been named the Nationals’ Minor League Player of the Year at the Triple-A level.
Connor Prielipp was named the Minnesota Twins’ 2025 Jim Rantz Award winner as the Twins’ minor league pitcher of the year.
