In a battle of former Alabama quarterbacks, Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers defeated Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins 27-24 in a game that saw the lead change 3 times in the 4th quarter. Young engineered a 7-play, 61 yard drive to give Carolina its first lead of the game with 6:10 left in the game. Miami responded quickly with a 3-play drive, ending with a 46 touchdown pass to Jaylen Waddle to reclaim the lead. Young and the Panthers then drove 78 yards in 8 plays to go ahead 27-24 with 1:59 left in the game.
Kool-Aid McKinstry recorded the first two interceptions of his career today in New Orleans’ 26-14 win over the New York Giants. Both interceptions came in the 4th quarter to thwart New York drives.
