Daron Payne has been suspended for one game by the NFL for unsportsmanlike conduct in Washington’s loss to Detroit yesterday. Payne punched an opposing player in the first half of the game, and was ejected.
Erin Routliffe and Gabriela Dabrowski have parted ways as a doubles team as of the conclusion of WTA Finals Riyadh. The pair had a 2.5 year run that included US Open championships in 2023 and 2025, as well as the WTA Finals championship in 2024. Routliffe will play with Asia Muhammad going into 2026.
Herb Jones is motivated to take on a more vocal leadership role with the New Orleans Pelicans this season.
Canon Claycomb made the cut after Round 4 of the 6-round final stage of DP World Tour qualifying. He is guaranteed status on the 2026 Hotel Planner Tour. He can secure DP World Tour status with a Top 20 finish on Wednesday.
