Justin Thomas made his return to the PGA Tour today after recovering from back surgery. Thomas last played competitively at the Ryder Cup in September 2025, and eventually had back surgery to correct a nerve issue in November. Thomas had a rough first round back – he shot a 79 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

Jedrick Wills, who sat out the 2025 NFL season in order to fully recover from a difficult knee injury, is scheduling visits with teams in advance of the beginning of the league year.

John Metchie, an upcoming restricted free agent, will be non-tendered by the New York Jets, and will hit free agency at the beginning of the league year.

The Green Bay Packers plan to restructure Xavier McKinney’s contract to free up cap space. The team will convert his $4.25 million 2026 salary into a signing bonus.

Preliminary rosters have been announced for this year’s MLB Spring Breakout, which is Major League Baseball’s annual prospects showcase. This year’s Spring Breakout will be held on March 19-22. Former Alabama players who have been named to Spring Breakout rosters include:
