AJ McCarron officially made his professional coaching debut tonight, as the Birmingham Stallions defeated the Louisville Kings 15-13 in the season opener for the United Football League. Birmingham took the lead on a touchdown with two minutes left in the game.
The 2026 minor league baseball got underway today, with the two Triple-A leagues starting play today. Other levels will start their seasons next weekend.
