Mo Williams has resigned as head basketball coach at Jackson State University to accept an assistant coach role at the University of Kentucky. Williams’ son Mason committed to play basketball at Kentucky late last week.
The Detroit Tigers, having designated Dylan Smith for assigment last week, sent Smith to the San Francisco Giants in exchange for cash considerations.
