Jessica Timmons was selected with the 40th overall pick in tonight’s WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever. Timmons is the 6th Alabama player selected since the 2021 draft (or 7th, if counting Jordan Lewis). Alabama only had 6 players total drafted prior to the 2021 draft, and none between 2006-2020.
Enzo Aguiard won his second qualifying round match in as many days to reach the main draw of a Challenger-level event for the first time in his career.
