The Detroit Lions reportedly will exercise the fifth-year option on Jahmyr Gibbs’ rookie contract. Gibbs’ fifth-year option is worth approximately $14.29 million.
One day after being called from the Buffalo Bisons, Chase Lee has been optioned back to Triple-A. Lee’s option is the corresponding move for the activation of Trey Yesavage from the 15-Day Injured List.
Jameson Williams has filed suit against the NCAA, the Big Ten Conference, and the Southeastern Conference for using his name, image, and likeness without proper compensation.
