The Denver Broncos have adjusted Patrick Surtain II’s contract to add an additional $5 million in salary for 2026, as well as $5 million in additional incentives in 2027. Surtain is in the first year of a 4-year extension that made him the highest-paid cornerback in the NFL when it was negotiated, but subsequent contracts have dropped Surtain to approximately fifth-highest paid in the NFL at his position.
