It was a big day today for three former Crimson Tiders, as Jonathan Allen, Bradley Bozeman, and Dalvin Tomlinson were all nominated by their respective teams for the prestigious Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. The award (formerly known as the NFL Man of the Year Award) recognizes a player’s off-field charitable works and on-field excellence, and has previously been won by Marty Lyons (1984), Dwight Stephenson (1985), and Derrick Thomas (1993).

JaMychal Green was interviewed by the Denver media today, and stressed that he’ll bring a toughness to the team. Here’s the full clip of his media session today.

Stephanie Meadow named Irish Times / Sport Ireland Sportswoman of the Month for November.

Former Alabama sprinter and Olympic gold medalist Pauline Davis-Thompson announced that she’s planning to publish a memoir. Titled “The Girl Who Ran Sideways,” the book should be released in early 2022.

Cheyenne Knight was named as the new brand ambassador for Empower Retirement, a retirement plan administrator.

Minnesota has officially announced the Hale Hengtes signing today. He’ll be on the Commissioner’s Exempt list until he clears COVID-19 protocols, then will go on the active 53-man roster.
