Your Alabama Pro Athletes of the Week are Jonathan Allen, Bradley Bozeman, and Dalvin Tomlinson. The trio were their respective teams’ nominees for the 2020 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, which may be the NFL’s most prestigious award. Henry rushed for a season-high 215 yards and 2 TDs, and set an NFL record with four career games with at least 200 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. He also extended his 100 yd streak in road games to 9, which is second-longest streak in Super Bowl era.
Other runner up this week is Jalen Hurts. In his first career start, Hurts led Philadelphia to a 24-21 win, breaking a 4 game losing streak. Hurts became the first quarterback since 1950 to rush for 100 yards and throw a TD pass in his first career start.
