In a double overtime win against Brooklyn, Sexton scored 22 points in the two OT periods, including 20 points in a row for Cleveland at one stretch. Sexton would finish with a career-high 42 points. Two nights later, also against Brooklyn, he would have a season-high 9 assists. Sexton extended his streak of scoring 20+ points to 15 games, and would also score his 3,000th NBA point during the week.
