Despite opening his round with a double-bogey, Justin Thomas proceeded to shoot a 65 in second round play at the WM Phoenix Open to move into the Top 20. Thomas’ round included 9 birdies. Here are JT’s post round comments and some highlights:

Playing on a sponsor’s exemption, Davis Riley shot a 66 at the WM Phoenix Open to make the cut at -4, T40. Riley also picked up a sponsor’s exemption for the upcoming AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am.

Derrick Henry made the media rounds today, courtesy Old Spice. Here are a couple of segments:

Mac Jones and DeVonta Smith went head-to-head in a cornhole competition tonight on ESPN.

Jerry Jeudy provides a critique of his rookie season. And The Athletic did an interview with Henry Ruggs to discuss his rookie season and where he thinks he’ll improve in 2021.

Donta Hall did an interview with the Call Ups podcast to discuss his experience in the NBA last season, as well as the upcoming G League bubble.

Saketh Myneni is gearing up for a return to tennis after the year-long lay-off, and did an interview with an Indian media outlet this week.

There are a lot of diverging opinions as to whether the NBA should hold an All-Star Game this year, but count Collin Sexton among those who would relish the opportunity to play.

Collin Sexton and the rest of the Cavaliers’ young core are looking to un-learn bad habits and become more consistent.

Lawson Schaffer makes an appearance on the CB7 podcast.

Former Chief Mark McMillian was interviewed by a Kansas City radio station to discuss this weekend’s Super Bowl.

Bradley Bozeman appeared on a Tampa radio station today to discuss the past season and tomorrow’s NFL Honors Show.
