Already Olympic-qualified in one event, Rhyan White added a second event tonight, winning the 200m Backstroke in 2:05.73. White defeated the world recordholder Regan Smith in the race, and shaved a second off her own personal best. White will now swim in both the 100m Back and 200m Back events in Tokyo next month.
