The New York Giants announced today that the NFL is suspending Ryan Anderson for six games for violating the league’s performance enhancing substance policy. Anderson’s agent, Chad Wiestling, released a statement that Anderson acknowledged the mistake and takes full responsibility.

Derrick Henry came in at #4 in the NFL Network’s ranking of the Top 100 players in the NFL, as voted on by fellow players.

Alex Avila started a rehab stint with the Florida Complex League Nationals today. Avila was 0-3 on the day.

Yesterday, we reported that Nikki Hegstetter Bozeman was being inducted in the Harrison High School (Kennesaw, GA) Hall of Fame. Turns out that former Alabama swimmer Connor Oslin was also inducted in the school’s hall of fame last night. Here are posts from both Oslin and Bozeman.
