Irv Smith Jr. will reportedly have surgery to repair a meniscus injury that will sideline him for at least the start of the regular season.

Mac Jones completed 10 of 14 passes for 156 yards in New England’s final pre-season game tonight, with a touchdown and 131.8 passer rating. Jones’ final pre-season numbers – 36-for-52, 389 yards.

Saketh Myneni has been added to India’s Davis Cup roster for his upcoming tie in September.

Mac Jones addressed the media after tonight’s pre-season finale for New England. When addressing whether or not he felt he had done enough to be named starting quarterback, Jones said “I’ve gotten a lot of opportunities… I think I’ve made progress. But the only thing that matters is today.” Jones also said that he’d be ready when his time comes.

Connor Oslin was interviewed at Harrison High School in Kennesaw, GA over the weekend as part of his hall of fame induction at the school.
