Alabama Pro Athlete of the Week – Derrick Henry (September 20)

Your Alabama Pro Athlete of the Week is Derrick Henry. Henry rushed for 182 yards, added 55 receiving yards, and scored 3 second-half touchdowns to lead Tennessee to an overtime win on the road in Seattle. Henry became just the 4th running back in NFL history to have 10 games with 150+ yards rushing and 2+ touchdowns.

Jonathan Allen had 6 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, and 2 sacks to help Washington to a 30-29 win over the New York Giants.

Anthony Averett, in 2 games, had 12 tackles, 2 passes defended, and an interception. He broke up a pass late in the game against Kansas City to help set up Baltimore’s winning score.
